Discover how to turn your motivation into action for maximum growth

Motivation is the key to personal growth, but how do you discover what truly drives you? And more importantly, how do you turn these insights into action? In this inspiration session, you’ll learn how to enhance your motivation and take targeted steps in your development using the ABC model (Autonomy, Belonging, Competence).

Discover what truly motivates you and how to leverage it (for example through conversations) for maximum growth.

1. What is motivation, and why is it so important?

What does motivation really mean? And what role does it play in your work and life? We’ll explore why personal growth is challenging without motivation and how to uncover what drives you. Let go of the idea that intrinsic motivation always has to be the goal, and discover what truly works for you.

2. The ABC Model: Your Three Keys to Growth.

Motivation starts with three essential pillars: autonomy, belonging, and competence. We’ll explain how these principles work and how you can gain insight into your own ‘ABC.’ Discover where you can make an impact and how to use these keys for sustainable growth – both individually and as part of a team.

3. From Insight to Action: Putting the ABC Model into Practice.

How can you apply the ABC model in real-life situations? Prepare for conversations with your manager, coach, or colleagues, and learn how to discuss your needs for autonomy, belonging, and competence. End the session with a concrete call to action: the ABC Check – a tool you can immediately use in your next one-on-one meeting.

 

This inspiration session not only provides you with the tools to understand what motivates you but also equips you with concrete steps to work on your personal growth and help others grow as well.
